“Stick ‘Em Up!” Empanadas

This was my first attempt at chicken empanadas. I smoked a whole chicken, set it aside to cool before pulling the meat and marinating it with Pineapple Jalapeño “Stick ‘Em Up!” Grilling Glaze & Marinade. The next morning, I stuffed the empanadas with chicken and shredded cheese. After a few minutes in the deep fryer, happy faces all around!!
